At The WOD Life - USA, we believe in making your life easy. That's why we offer hassle-free returns and refunds for our valued customers. Whether you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, or simply want a refund or store credit, we've got you covered. Please note that these return policies are applicable for USA customers only.

USA Returns

Returning an item within the USA is completely free, but you must process your return through our convenient Return portal. To start your return, simply click HERE and follow the instructions provided.

We understand that waiting for us to receive your item can be frustrating. That's why, as soon as your item is scanned by USPS, your return is processed. You will receive a USPS Return shipping label generated in the Returns Portal. Once your item is in the postal system and confirmed to be on its way back to us, we will immediately create an exchange order in our system or process the store credit or refund to your original payment method.

Please note that when returning shoes, it is important to never the return label directly on the shoe box. Shoes must be returned with the original box placed into a parcel bag. Failure to follow this guideline may result in the rejection of your return.

International Returns

For customers returning items from outside the USA, the return process is slightly different. Your return will be processed once we receive it at our Distribution Centre. Please note that return costs from customers outside the USA are the responsibility of the customer.

Before starting your return, make sure you have your order number on hand. You can find this number on your order confirmation email. Additionally, you will need either the zip code the order was shipped to, the email used on the order, or the phone number used when placing the order.

Important Notes

  • Shoes must be returned with the original box placed into a satchel bag. Failure to follow this guideline may result in the rejection of your return.
  • Returns, exchanges, or refunds cannot be provided for items returned in a used condition or outside our terms and conditions. Please review our terms and conditions for more information.
  • Refunds or credits may take up to 7-14 days to be processed. We will provide refunds using the available methods at the time of your return, which may include Bank Deposit, PayPal, Credit Card Reversal, or Store Credit.

If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will gladly cover the return shipping cost as well as shipping the correct item back to you. However, if the returned item was what you ordered but you have since changed your mind (e.g., not satisfied with the size, color, or style), we kindly ask that you cover the cost of returning the item to us. We believe this is a fair policy. Rest assured, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you.

Please note that due to health reasons, we cannot accept returns for nutritional supplements or undergarments unless they are faulty. Additionally, refunds and returns are not available for sale, clearance, or free promotional items.
