After we receive and process your return, the returns team will send you a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original form of payment.
The returns team works hard to process exchanges and refunds as quickly as possible. We suggest 7-14 business days as a guide. Please note that it may take up to 10 additional business days for your payment method to reflect the refund in your account (this will depend on your credit card issuer or bank).
